Excellent price and value but located some distance from city center

Staff were excellent--seems like the people who work in hotel business in Colombia are topnotch in giving excellent service; beds were comfy; wifi worked adequately. Restaurant was very good; the cook knew his stuff. Breakfast and coffee were good.

It was a bit far away from center; but getting cabs/Uber were not an issue. Really no other bad issues other than not located in center, which might be considered a positive really. I noticed a high number of professional local travelers, from which I infer that hotel fits their modest or restricted budget, but can still get good value for price. Foreign Tourists might want to stay in Getsemani to be closer to the action, but I doubt you'll find a room of that size and quality for similar price.

The pictures of the property are misleading. The property isn’t as modern as the picture looks. There were stains on the wall.

Very Good

I have got a very bright room with a big window and AC. Staff in the reception and the restaurant exeptionally kind.

The place is far away from the centre. It is very hard to get an uber. Good for a comfortable night if you are heading to the bus terminal.

Beautiful terrace with lookout over the city, small room, but very comfy bed.

My favorite part was the terrace. It was a perfect place to hang out and enjoy the lookout of the city. There was free breakfast, and the rooms were very clean. Housekeeping was very reliable and did a wonderful job. We loved the bed!

The room was very small. Our supposed "window" was a lookout to what looked to be a water heater, or vent. The gym equipment didn't work, nor did the speaker that was there to connect your phone to.

Very rough dangerous area, small confines outdated rooms . disappointed!!!

Was very surprised how far it was from city or tourist places, neighbourhood wasn’t safe at all, staff English was very limited . Room very outdated and extremely small and massive renovation was going on which we wasn’t aware of until the lout banging in the early morning. Breakfast is like cat or dog food, no tea or coffee in room, breakfast was extremely limited two same options every morning not even a proper coffee at breakfast in the morning lukewarm water coffee like which was disgusting dissatisfied disappointed , I couldn’t eat breakfast as it didn’t look Politable . We feel violated as during our stay I’ve send an email to booking.com and they never responded it’s otter disrespectful disgusting behaviour and no regards for their value client. Their wasn’t anything to like.

Everything!!! apart from the housekeeper lady who clean our room.

Very far from the center

Clean, big room. The kitchen service very good. Kind and nice.

Very far from the center, hard to find a uber to get out from the hotel. 30 minutes drive to one way, almost hour of the day you need to spend in the car.. no restaurants near the hotel, not a tourist area..little scary area. It’s hard to enjoy from Cartagena in this place. There isn’t pool in the hotel, it’s a small jacuzzi on the roof, small and cold, and half of the times spend in the hotel it was not allowed to used.

My stay here was very basic and exactly what it was...a stay, not an experience.

I can say I appreciated some of the staff that assisted me. Especially the cleaning staff.

I didn't like many things about this hotel. One, the advertisement on Bookings.com seems to have been very fake, the ad made it seem like the hotel was local to the downtown center and other areas. To add on, the pictures shown of the rooftop were amazing, which is what got me to book. However, when I arrived the rooftop and all the amenities advertised were not the same. There was no pool, it didn't look like anything advertised. I needed to pay for a cab everytime from the hotel I thought I'd be able to walk into the downtown center but I was far from it, not what was advertised. I didn't like that the amenities needed to be asked for in the hotel. I needed to keep a time card in the room to keep the electricity on, I understand electricity conservation is important but maybe a timer system can be installed to have the room cool itself every 30 minutes or so. I was very upset that all my guests needed to stop at the front desk and relinquish their identification which the hotel made photocopies of. A check I understand for safety but making copies of their ID's I didn't understand, that seems a bit invasive.
